For example, you can have the counter tops and tile floor done once and then the cabinet and sink in the future.

Renovating your kitchen can also increase the value of your home if you ever decide to sell your house and move to another place. Improvements made on a home, including renovation work, can increase the value of a house – as long as home improvement (specific renovation) is done professionally. If you later decide to sell your property, you can factor in the improvement you have done in your home into the price. You can easily get a return on your investment depends on how long since you’ve made improvements to your home and how you paid for these improvements.
